Refund Policy



Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. No refunds on marketing  and security services provided by Hostitor.

To be eligible for a refund, you must not use more 7% of our computational resource with our hosting. There is no refund for services provided by Hostitor which includes Marketing Services (SEO, PR Distributions, Website Development and Website Security). Only hosting part of our plan is refundable for Professional and Enterprise. The maximum amount of refund for Professional and Enterprise Plan is $15. There is no refund for Freelancer Plan.

Hostitor, at their discretion might refund the full amount if no services is used by the customer. We care for the marketers we hire for marketing and security services. Hence, if a service has been provided there will be no refunds for the service. The customer has every right to complain and we will strive to grow with those direction.

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and the amount of refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
